Expressing Appreciation and Gratitude

This week, I received a thoughtful note from a client who was very appreciative of the work that we do together. The experience reminded me of how worthwhile it is to express gratitude to your clients, your colleagues, your friends, your family—all the people who bring meaning to your life. Let them know what you value most about them; reflect on your work or your life together and note what you’re thankful for manifesting and creating with them.

It's so easy to complain and commiserate, to wallow in feeling overwhelmed and stressed. Take a moment to write and send genuine notes of thanks to those around you. It feels amazing, and it will give you some extra energy and pep in your step to finish the year strong.

Give it a try. Take care.

Onward.
