Outreach messaging can easily become trite and disingenuous, so it’s important to craft your emails to prospects with care. Messages infused with humanity and heart will be much more compelling and help you stand out from the pack.
One approach is to include language about what your prospect can expect if/when they hire you. Some thought starters: you care about the details; you're a darn good problem-solver; you're basically available all the time because you love what you do. You're fun and easy to work with but also willing to have the hard conversations. You will be a trusted advisor every step of the way. You know it's your job to make your client look good, and you’re happy to do it.
When someone hires you, they’re gaining a resource that they can't get anywhere else. You are uniquely you, so make sure your prospect knows that from the get-go. Be human, be yourself, and write on.
